Red Shed has been raising funds on behalf of multiple animal charities, rescue centres and sanctuaries.
This allows them to get food, shelter and medical care for animals affected by this war.
Your help has been IMMENSE and we could not have gotten animals evacuated, fed or sheltered without it!
Everything we raise is going DIRECTLY to these animal shelters in Ukraine, Romania, Hungary and Poland.
We will continue helping them carry out their work in protecting animals in danger during these horrific times.
THANK YOU from the bottom of our animal-loving hearts!
Your donation goes DIRECTLY to multiple animal welfare charities in Ukraine, Poland, Romania and others who have taken in animals to care for IMMEDIATELY!
*Currency is coming up in Euro but we have added a currency converter below for you.
SAVE A LIFE SHELTER - Khmelnytsky, Ukraine.
It is one of the many 'make-shift' shelters under pressure.
Valentyna and her volunteer crew are busy keeping all of the animals safe.
You will see how difficult it is.
Red Shed has recently supported them with emergency supplies and look to continue helping them.
SHIP SUPPLIES DIRECTLY - DIABETIC DOG FOOD NEEDED URGENTLY!
PLANET SHELTER FOR STRAY DOGS Vinnytsia, Ukraine
Red Shed funds helped to purchase food and a freezer to store meat products for the dogs.
Natalia and the team are trying to take in as many animals (from abandoned pets to street strays) as they can.
They are doing incredible work!
Ukraine has numerous animal welfare shelters, rescue centres and sanctuaries.
All animals are affected.
We want to help ensure ALL animals are evacuated safely to the borders and that we leave no animal behind.
Unfortunately, we cannot explain to animals what is happening. They are terrified and feeling overwhelmed by the noises and tremors.
This shelter houses over 375 dogs (and a few cats).
It is run by volunteers only - they work very hard
This is a video Sandy took of her visit.
Red Shed has and will continue to support them.

Hi Everyone,
Sandy Sheerin here, founder of Red Shed.
I would personally love to shake the hand of each and every one of you who has donated, offered help, sent kind messages and more. It has been incredible to see the amount of support we have received.
We have given over 70,000 Euro of your donations in aid with more going towards emergency aid every day.
A MASSIVE thank you for your genuine care for the welfare of all of the displaced animals during this horrific crisis.
I am back at the Hungarian border after travelling to the Romanian and Slovakian borders.
Video update coming soon.
Please know that the team and I are extremely grateful to you all.
If you message us and don't get a reply immediately, we are working on it.
We are dealing with this huge, global response to our call.
Thank you!

Thank you for opening your hearts and your homes!
The bigger crisis is the overcrowding of animal shelters on the borders.
Adopting from those will help make space for Ukrainian animals.
Pet Food/Supplies Donations - Local Border Areas
Please look up your local vet practice, they may need your donation of food/pet supplies to ship in bulk to areas on the border.
HERE are the border drop zones so far.
Since 4th March2022, we have been INUNDATED with messages from all over the world with offers of help from animal loving people.
We are working VERY hard to get back to every single one of you but our manpower is stretched.
Please bear with us.
Thank you
